Biosketch
Ioana-Cǎtǎlina Roman completed a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy and a bachelor's degree in Psychology at the "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" University in Iasi, Romania. She has received study grants for one semester at Sapienza University in Rome, Italy, as well as three semesters of study at the University of Konstanz, Germany. She has participated in national and international conferences and is a co-author for several book chapters and scientific articles.
Since November 2023, Ioana has been working on the HEROES project at the University Children's Hospital of Basel (UKBB) under the mentorship of Dr. Lut Berben. In April 2024, she enrolled in the PhD program Nursing Science at the Institute of Nursing Science (INS), University of Basel.
