Projektbeschreibung

The aim of the USECARE AAL project is to improve and test SENACA, an ICT-based self-management support system for chronically ill patients and informal caregivers. 96 end-users will be instructed to use SENACA for 3 months (in Israel, Norway and Switzerland). Amongst others, clinical and behavioural outcomes will be recorded. Additionally, the SENACA’s usability will be evaluated to determine its potential future scalability.

In diesem Projekt geht es um den Feldtest eines telemedizinischen Systems für Menschen mit chronischen Krankheiten, genannt SENACA. Insgesamt 96 Probanden und pflegende Angehörige werden in Israel, Norwegen und der Schweiz zu SENACA geschult und es nutzen. Über drei Monate hinweg werden u. a. klinische und verhaltensspezifische Variablen gemessen. Begleitend erfolgt eine Nutzbarkeitsstudie, um einschätzen zu können, wie nachhaltig SENACA verbreitet werden kann.
